A second location usually means a second copy of everything, and a spreadsheet to reconcile them.
MRPULZ is built around a company that may have more than one shop. Each location keeps its own inventory, its own staff, its own books and its own job numbering — because they are genuinely separate operations and merging them would be wrong.
What is shared is shared deliberately: the company, its people, its roles and permissions, and the workflow templates that define how work moves. Set a workflow once and every location follows it, or give a location its own.
The org view puts each shop side by side — today's takings, transaction count, staff, customers and stock, per location. Staff can be given access to one shop, several, or all of them, and switch between them without signing out.
Adding the second location is a form, not a project. It arrives with the accounts, categories, tax settings and workflow already set up.
