The board shows every open job in the column it is actually in. Estimates waiting on a customer, parts on order, cars in the bay, work finished and waiting for pickup. Anything stuck longer than it should be is flagged, so the job that has been quietly sitting for nine days is visible without anyone going looking for it.

The columns are yours. The workflow is configuration, not code — rename a stage, add one, hide one you do not use, and set the rules for what has to be true before a job can move on.
